Glyco-A is a topical cream containing 12% w/w glycolic acid in a cream base. Glycolic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid commonly used for controlled skin exfoliation and to support smoother, more even-looking skin.
The cream should be applied gently to the affected areas according to a physician’s or dermatologist’s directions. Because 12% glycolic acid is a strong formulation, begin carefully and avoid applying it to irritated, broken or highly sensitive skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Daytime sun protection is recommended while using exfoliating skincare products.
